We conduct a thorough interior & exterior home. We walk the property and check every room inside the home. We utilize a multi-point checklist at each visit.
To ensure your home looks "lived in," we also remove newspapers, junk mail and door hangers from your front door area or anything laying in the driveway.
We check your mailbox each time and place mail where you'd like it.
We also removes any packages from the front doorstep or driveway and place them inside the home for safety & security purposes.
We physically check every door, window & bulkhead to ensure it's locked and not tampered with.
Every outbuilding is also checked to ensure it's secure.
Each customer receives a detailed report outlining what was checked. Any issues are photographed. We also photograph the temperature in the home and oil/propane levels.
We will alert you and law enforcement of any suspicious activity.
We will alert you of any of any serious or impending problems and work with you and our referral partners to repair or mitigate any damage at your request. A plan always in place before we leave the property.
