• Signs of leaks, odors, or pest activity
• Verification that doors and windows are secure
• Refrigerators, freezers, and lighting on timers

We monitor over 60 critical data points inside and outside your home. If an issue is identified, you’ll be notified immediately, and we’ll coordinate with you to ensure it is addressed promptly.

When severe weather is approaching and you are away, Seacoast Property Watch can notify you in advance and, if requested, visit your property to secure outdoor items such as potted plants, grills, and lawn furniture, placing them safely in a garage or shed.

After the storm has passed, we can return to your home to conduct a thorough inspection, including:

• Assessing the exterior and interior for storm-related damage
• Confirming utilities are operational and circuit breakers are not tripped
• Checking smoke, fire, and CO₂ alarms
• Verifying security system operation
• Inspecting visible roofing, siding, and windows for damage
• Addressing any items specific to your property

If damage is detected, we will take immediate steps to mitigate further harm and notify you promptly. Minor repairs can be performed directly on a time-and-materials basis, while larger repairs will be referred to trusted local contractors. At your request, we can also coordinate access and remain on-site while contractors perform their work.
