A doorbell camera is nice to have, but it only provides you with a partial view of your home's exterior. We physically walk the entire perimeter of the home to give you piece of mind. A bonus feature to this is you'll have someone visiting your property regularly. This helps deter anyone watching your home for a possible burglary.

Yes, absolutely! New England weather can always bring the threat of a blizzards, hurricanes, and severe storms. If you need us to prepare your outdoor items for an impending storm, we will secure outside furniture, move your trash containers, tie down your gas grill, etc. We also can conduct a post storm assessment for you.

Yes, we are insured. We have general liability insurance, professional liability insurance. In addition, we are also registered as a limited liability company in the State of New Hampshire and have a registered IRS EIN.

We begin with an in-person meeting at your home to assess your needs and determine pricing. We'll discuss whether we need access to the interior of your home, and if so, we can discuss key exchange or security code procedures.

We carry personal liability insurance, general liability insurance, and bonding to ensure your peace of mind in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

Seacoast Property Watch is currently a startup, and for now, our owner, Gregg Nye, a retired police officer with nearly 28 years of service, will personally handle all property checks. You can expect a professional and experienced individual dedicated to safeguarding your property.
