Gregory Nye is the Founder and Owner of Seacoast Property Watch, LLC, a professional home watch and property oversight company serving the New Hampshire and Southern Maine Seacoast. A lifelong Seacoast resident, Gregory brings nearly 30 years of law enforcement experience and extensive local knowledge to the care of luxury homes and estates.

During his career in law enforcement, Gregory rose through the ranks, where he led officers, managed critical incidents, and conducted thousands of residential and commercial security checks. His expertise in risk assessment, preventative inspections, and attention to detail form the foundation of Seacoast Property Watch’s high standards.

Through decades of trusted relationships, Gregory has built a referral network of more than 40 vetted and reliable Seacoast contractors, including trades, maintenance professionals, and specialty service providers. This allows Seacoast Property Watch to serve as a single point of contact for all home care needs, from routine inspections to repairs, maintenance coordination, and improvement projects—eliminating guesswork for absentee homeowners.

With additional experience in construction, renovations, and project management, Gregory provides hands-on oversight and contractor coordination with the same care he would give his own home.
